Miley Cyrus's mother Tish is engaged to British-Australian actor Dominic Purcell. Tish post a photo of her ring on Instagram and write “A thousand times…. YES".
This will be Tish's third marriage. Previously she was married to Baxter Neal Helson, then Miley's dad Billy Ray Cyrus in 1993.
