A Wisconsin school teacher is on administrative leave for complaining "Rainbowland" ban.
Back in March, first-grade teacher Melissa Tempel, post on Twitter to complain the school's decision to banned students from singing "Rainbowland because it was "too controversial."
Rainbowland is a 2017 duet by Miley Cyrus and her godmother, Dolly Parton, with lyrics that advocate for inclusion.
Tempel was asked by Insider to comment after she was force to take a leave. She said, "And if I have to lose my job, then at least I'll be able to sleep at night knowing that I stuck up for kids".
