Miley Cyrus didn't attend the 2026 MTV VMAs for these reasons. Miley Cyrus released her 10th album, Bass Persuades, on September 18, 2026 which only qualifies for next year’s MTV VMAs.
She also won’t be appearing, neither as a presenter nor as a performer.
Cyrus will be singing at the Hollywood Bowl on October 16 and 18.
