She eat food that is gluten free and does not take dairy products. This helps a lot to maintain her slim figure.
Besides that, she does not take alcohol. She does skip meal, maintain 3 meal a day.
Some of her favourite food are pita waps, avocado sushi rolls, green smoothies.
Apart from her healthy diet, she also do pilates, yoga, cardio and sometimes do outdoor acitivities.
In 2020, she started to eat fish because she was deficient in Omega-3 fatty acids and her “brain wasn’t functioning properly”.
