Looks like Miley Cyrus does not mind a fan grope her. For a mere $995, fans got the chance to buy a meet-and-greet package for a post-show photo session with Cyrus.
One of the fan, known as David bought that offer and he told Cyrus that he'd like her to be his "first and last kiss with a girl."
Photos were taken between them, showing Cyrus and David groping, mock kissing. What a lucky guy.
