Nickelodeon announced their 23rd Annual Kids' Choice Awards nominations and one of them is Miley Cyrus. She has been nominated for Favorite Female Singer, Favorite Movie Actress, Favorite TV Actress and Favorite Song (for "Party in the U.S.A.").
