She tells People about Miley, "I really saw [her early career] from the perspective of a sister and as a kid. By the time she was done with Hannah [Montana], I wasn't even driving a car yet — I didn't even drive when she was doing Bangerz, so that puts it into perspective".

"But of course, there's situations that you experience, and you're like, ‘Okay, I will keep that in mind for the future and for: If that happens to me, how do I handle it?’ So I've had a great role model for how it all works."

"I didn't really look at what she was doing as like, 'Oh, I'm learning from this.' As I got older though, and by the time I was 16 and doing my own thing, I did experience parts in her career that I guess maybe felt like in her perspective were harder points or growing periods or changes that were just good examples of what to do or what not to do or what to let someone do or what means you're getting taken advantage of".

"I think there were just a lot of lessons that just came with it because our age gap."

Miley Cyrus thinks that she may be the first person to ever be canceled

During an interview on CBS Sunday Morning,  Tracy Smith asked Miley Cyrus what she thought about the public's view of her where some moms were trying to cancel her.

Cyrus replied, "I was the first person to maybe ever be canceled, I guess".

“I didn’t know until I was older actually how brutal it really was. It was very challenging for other people but for me, it was a good time. It looked fun and it was fun. So it wasn’t until I was older that I realized how harsh".

"I would never now, being where I am, ever look at someone in their 20s from the view of who I am now. But at the time, it was awesome."

Miley Cyrus shared her first Maybelline makeup

Miley Cyrus is the new face for Maybelline. In a video, she shared her first Maybelline makeup. 

She tells, "It was Colossal Mascara because mascara was all my mom would let me wear. But I really wanted to wear eyeliner. So, I would do my eyelashes like horizontal, so it would give me the effect of a cat eye. And that's where I learned that there's really no way of doing your makeup wrong. I really wanted it to be flexible with me and move with me". 

She likes to wear Maybelline Super Stay Vinyl Ink Liquid Lipcolor because it lasts long.

She tried other lipsticks but it doesn't stay put. She explained, “You want everyone to see the statement of your mouth, but sometimes it’s like … the statement of my mouth, and then the statement on the end of my nose, and then it’s on my chin. Keep my lipstick where it belongs!”.

Miley Cyrus are both morning and night person

During an interview with Vogue on September 24, Miley Cyrus shared about her sleep schedule.

She explained, 'I’m a morning person and unfortunately I’m kind of a night person too".

"If I were one or the other, I’m a morning person. I am in the best mood the second that my eyes are open, and it’s unbearable for anyone else around."

She admitted in the past, she would get "frustrated" with her friends who would sleep for too long.

Then she continues, "Now I realize that turning on the way that I do is as hard for them as it is for me to turn off".

"Today I’m a weirdo that did a cold brew and used regular, degular milk, no special processed thing from the tree. It is just from a regular old cow".

Cyrus told Vogue in an interview, "I literally have a dress that I had on when I met my ex-husband, and then I have my dress that I wore on our first date".

"Along with letters and things that I really, I want to savor these kind of beautiful moments of my life, but because these intimate moments have also been public moments, it’s a little bit tough to decide what piece I want to share and what I would ever allow to be seen."

"Everything I do in my life is a little bit intense, but it has to be holistic,” she explained. “And that’s why my eras, they’re not a costume, they’re actually like a metamorphosis or a true evolution for me personally."

The former couple first met in 2009 on the set of “The Last Song” and got married in 2018. They split after 1 year of marriage.

Miley Cyrus has passion for gardening

Miley Cyrus has a passion for gardening, and it helps her stay sober. During an interview for CR Fashion Book's new issue, she told Pamela Anderson, "Gardening is something you do for yourself. When we’ve shared so much of ourselves, having those little precious times with something simple — like putting a seed in the ground and nurturing it — it becomes a very personal process".

"Having that has been the medicine that’s kept me grounded in my sober lifestyle,” she adds. “It’s part of a practice, the way yoga might be: getting out into nature, doing something with my hands, and having a creative outlet that isn’t about fame or success."

"I did that on a hillside a while ago. I was leaving for a tour, and I just threw seeds out, thinking maybe when I came home something magic would happen. And it did".

Referring to Mohindra, Cyrus adds, "He threw these seeds, and I swear it never would’ve happened without him. When I came back, there were 10,000 daisies. I was like, ‘We didn’t even throw these out—why do I have 40 species of roses in my backyard?’ I came back and my whole hillside looked like a princess fairy garden."

She attributes her interest in gardening to her mom, "My dad always said our house looked like an old folks’ home, because she’d have flowers in every single room — that was very ’90s, with all the potpourri".

"My mom always loved flowers; she always had them around the house. But it was simple gardening."

"A plant could be dead for a year, and she’ll bring it back to life".
