Miley Cyrus and Patrick Schwarzenegger met up Patrick's uncle Anthony Shriver.
Shriver is the founder and chairman of Best Buddies, an international nonprofit that facilitates friendships and employment opportunities for people with intellectual disabilities.
A source tells E! News that the family seems to approve of the duo! "Anthony had a great time hanging out with his nephew and Miley during Art Basel. He said Miley was a lot of fun. As far as
